What time should I arrive?
Doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving early to grab your seats, get drinks, and settle in before the show starts. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Is there an age restriction?
Most of our shows are 18+ only. Please check the specific event page when booking as some special events may have different age requirements. Valid ID may be required at the door.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
While we occasionally have tickets available on the night, we strongly recommend booking in advance as our shows often sell out. You can purchase tickets through the links on our events page.
What's your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you can't make it to a show, you may be able to transfer your tickets to another person. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your booking.
